    Hi Leanne,
I was surfing… looking for info about hamstring injuries & yoga…and found you!
    What a small world!
    How is you hamstring doing?

    I seem to keep re-injuring mine…
It seems fine & then I do something to flare it up again…
I am now doing no asana for a while as I really want this to heal.

I haven’t gone to a PT yet, I will make an appointment tommorrow…

I hope you are feeling better.

    Sunshine,
    Linda
